Return Policy

All returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. After the 14-day period has passed, all sales are considered final, and the item will be deemed accepted and non-returnable. No exceptions will be made beyond this timeframe.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the exact condition it was received: unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. Items not meeting these requirements will not be accepted.

To start a return
Log into your account. If you do not have an account, contact us at shop@orionsoasisdesigns.com. Please include all correspondence related to the purchase, such as receipts, order confirmations, emails, screenshots, or photos.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for sale items. Custom or personalized products may also be non-returnable. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.

Inspection and Refunds
Once your return is received, it will be inspected to confirm it meets our eligibility requirements. You will then be notified whether your refund has been approved or denied.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the product. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at shop@orionsoasisdesigns.com.
